1. General Terms

Welcome to okbit. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the okbit website located at okbit.bio and all associated services, products, and features made available through the platform. By accessing, registering with, or using the okbit platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

okbit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the okbit platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and industry standards. okbit operates as a platform accessible to adults in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the okbit platform immediately.

The okbit platform is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. okbit promotes responsible gaming at all times and encourages players to make use of the deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion tools available in their account settings.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and payment services on okbit, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals who meet the age and residency requirements set out in these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to the following conditions:

• You will not register on behalf of, or allow access to, any third party, including family members or associates.

okbit reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any suspicious activity on your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of your account.

Account registration on okbit is available to residents of Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the okbit platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing okbit is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

okbit supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, and City Bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on okbit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your okbit wallet within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours.
• okbit does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
• All funds deposited to okbit must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a platform policy preference.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification.
• okbit reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Verified accounts experience significantly faster withdrawal times.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Funds will only be released to payment accounts registered in the verified name of the account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be initiated. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active wagering requirement remains will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4. Bonus & Promotions

okbit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses on okbit are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement represents the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page (e.g., 20x, 30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus issued on okbit carries an expiry period. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The precise contribution rates are specified on each promotion's terms page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is ৳500 unless the individual promotion states a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: okbit actively monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any form of collusion designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.

okbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected, provided they continue to comply with the original terms under which the bonus was issued.

5. Gameplay & Fair Use

All casino games available on the okbit platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash titles from Spribe — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Bets accepted at a given price are honoured at that price regardless of subsequent market movement, except in cases where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in pricing.

6. Age Restriction & KYC

The okbit platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any game or promotional activity on the okbit platform. okbit takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously.

All newly registered players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawing funds. KYC verification may also be required before accessing certain higher-value promotional offers. The standard KYC process on okbit requires the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

In such cases, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed before a determination is made regarding its return.

Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid any delays in withdrawal processing. The KYC review process typically takes between 1 and 3 business days from the point at which all required documents have been submitted in full.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

okbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Operating multiple accounts on the okbit platform simultaneously.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other form of exploitation of okbit's promotional system.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with the platform.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour directed at okbit staff or other players.
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• A formal self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under okbit's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, okbit will notify the account holder via their registered email address where possible. Any funds held in a suspended account will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in permanent account closure due to a breach of these Terms, okbit reserves the right to retain some or all of the account balance to offset costs or losses arising from the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming purposes — may do so by contacting the okbit customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closures requested for responsible gaming reasons will be actioned immediately, and the account holder's details will be flagged to prevent re-registration during the requested exclusion period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbit, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the okbit platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, okbit specifically does not accept liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof, whether planned or unplanned, including scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any failure or delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any partner bank.
• Any loss arising from your decision to place a wager on any casino game, live table, crash game, or sports betting market available on okbit.
• Any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of using the okbit platform or any linked third-party services.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balances caused by a technical error, provided that okbit takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure and confidential.

okbit makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbit invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, no technical system can guarantee 100% availability at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.

By continuing to use the okbit platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent financial risk associated with online gambling, and that you are solely responsible for any wagers placed and any losses incurred through your use of the platform.
